KID UPDATE

Our baby has started smiling and cooing. I love when they start doing more than eating, sleeping, and pooping.

Kenzie just finished another round of tap and ballet classes. She has improved so much since last time. I signed her up for fairytale ballet. They have costumes for the kids to dress up in. It should be great.

With a little coaxing and bribery (new Ben10 toy), Logan has learned to tie his shoe. He even chooses tennis shoes over flip flops now.

Logan and Makenzie have now started helping with the laundry, which helps their mom out tremendously.

Just CUTE!!

The kids looked so cute when they came home from church today we just had to take a picture and share with our friends and family. Enjoy!

GUESS WHO

I was looking at newborn pictures of the kids yesterday and realized that eventhough we didn't think Ashleigh looked like the other two she really does. So here's the test - can you tell which picture is which kid?

Warmer Weather

The kids entertained themselves for over an hour today on the trampoline. I love that the weather has been so nice and that they can spend some time outside.

RRR MATEY

Do you remember all the fun stuff you used to do in school? Today Logan went on a treasure hunt and for fun the teacher drew a pirate face on all the kids.

Big Changes

In addition to the new baby that Karolyn and I have welcomed into the world this week, I have to announce another major change to any that care. I have changed jobs and careers. (If you can call what I was doing a career.) I got a job through a friend in the ward at Classy Closets. I will be working with customers to design thier dream closets/ home office/ kitchen/ media centers or garages. It is a far more interesting job with considerably less attic crawling and digging. Flexible hours and flexible income (hopefully upwardly flexible) are some of the other attractions to this. I really feel like this is a new/ better direction for me and my family and I'm excited to get started. If you or anyone you know is ready to drop some coin on a seriously organized and beautiful closet or office, give me a ring. My new cell number is 480-276-8647.

Here is another great picture of Ashleigh, just after her first bath. Isn't she cute!

Wolfington Kids

Our three favorite people. Sorry every one else. But it's true. Logan loves to hold Ashliegh. Makenzie is excited but not quite sure what to think just yet. She's still our princess and probably not ready to share the castle.

This is Ashleigh Hazel Wolfington. She was born Jan 18th at 7:29 am at Desert Samaritan in Mesa. She weighed a healthy 9lbs 3oz and stretched 20 1/2". She is the runt of the Wolfington litter. Logan was 9 7 and Makenzie was 9 6 and both were 21 1/2". Ashliegh has hints of fimiliarity with her siblings at this age but not as much as Logan and Makenzie looked alike. It looks like we have a unique and wonderfull person on our hands.

A Day at the Park

We went to the park yesterday for a cousin's birthday party. The kids (including Jeff) had a good time on the play ground. They really enjoyed the ride on alligator. Makenzie's looking cool in her new Dora glasses she got for Christmas. She doesn't leave home without them.

They had a Dora pinata at the party. Logan enjoyed using the baseball bat to get the candy out of her-maybe he's sick of watching Dora cartoons everyday. Makenzie refused to take a whack at her favorite character. After Dora busted Logan collected her head as a trophy and wore it around the park.

All I Want For New Years Is My 2 Front Teeth

Logan lost another tooth a couple of days ago. He was so excited that he didn't swallow it his time. It's harder for him to eat so maybe that'll save us money on his grocery bill.

santaphobia

Logan seems to be getting over his Santaphobia. Makenzie however still suffers from this mental illness.

Christmas

Logan got a Lego Lion for Christmas that took his Lego Dad 2 Lego hours to put together.

HO HO AHHH!

Kenzie was so excited to tell Santa she wanted a Dora doll for Christmas. She waved to him as we stood in line. But decided that he was too scary to sit on his lap thus the screaming. Logan is so good to comfort his sister and handles her screaming very well.

Lights!

Logan helped me put up Christmas lights. He's a little scared of the top of the ladder.

Eli's christmas

Eli got just what he was asking for. Something to drool on. This was taken at our Christmas dinner on Thursday.

I'm Open! No I'm Open!

A great action shot of our football game. We (I) have named this event "The Caos Bowl". If you have a better name, let me know.

Hey! Ride

Pictures from our great hay ride at the Lindsay farm. We had a great time at the Udall Thanksgiving this year.
PS. There are four bothers in this picuture. Can you see them?

WANTED: MISSING TOOTH

Today at Wendy's Logan asked where's my tooth? We couldn't find it anywhere. He figured he swallowed it along with a chicken nugget. So much for putting it under his pillow. He decided to write a note to the tooth fairy on a tooth shaped piece of paper to explain what happened.

CHILLY???

It's starting to cool down in Gilbert.

Tricks or Treats?????

Here are our trick or treaters. For those of you who don't spend most of your day watching Nick Jr., Makenzie is Dora The Explorer. They had such a good time and Makenzie said "trick or treat" at every house. We even ran into Noah, who we think was Darth Vader, but he didn't have his mask on. Jeff and I were party poopers and didn't dress up this year.

New Adventures

Logan started a new sports class. They work on basics for soccer, t-ball, and basketball. They ran 1/4 of a mile on the track too. That wore him out. On Thursday he went to the firestation with his pre-k class. This is one of his good friends, Emma. Isn't she a cutie.

Makenzie started a tap/ballet combo class. Doesn't she look cute in her tutu? She is really starting to enjoy it. And she just looks so adorable in her dance outfit.

POTTY PRINCESS

After 3 unsuccessful attempts Makenzie is now a big girl and going potty! We started on Tuesday and by Thursday she was accident free. We are so excited and proud and happy that we will not be having to buy two sets of diapers when the baby comes. Our next big step is to get Makenzie sleeping in a bed. But we will wait a few weeks to attempt that. YEA KENZIE!!

Pictures Logan took

We bought Logan a cheap digital camera for Christmas last year and these are some of his better pictures he has taken.

This is one of his favorite sister, so far, taken at the conference center in Salt Lake.

This is one of my favorites. Logan put his camera on the trash can, pushed the button and ran in front to take picture of himself. Clever kid, even if he wasn't quite fast enough.

A great closup of our favorite boogger factory.

Good ol' tire swings!!!

We spent a couple of days in Safford this weekend with Grandma Jayna & Grandpa Dave. The weather couldn't have been nicer. The kids enjoyed the tire swings, which I think "tired" out Grandma from pushing them for an hour it seemed. Thanks to Grandma & Grandpa for their hospitality and great food!
